Lincoln Park District

Halloween decorated home contest

From Roy Logan, program coordinator          Send a link to a friend

[October 16, 2007]  Here is a brand-new contest! If you have decorated your house or lawn for Halloween, Lincoln Park District is sponsoring a judging for you. Be scary, be funny or be creative. If you can do that, then you have exactly what we are looking for. Decorate your house and compete against other Lincoln residents.

Winning houses will have a first-, second- or third-place sign delivered to them to proudly display in the front yard. Winners will be announced in the local media, and pictures may be featured on the park district's online site.

This is a free contest.

You will need to register by Oct. 25. Judging will be done on the evening of Oct. 28. You may register by calling the Lincoln Park District at 732-8770, or go to www.lincolnparkdistrict.com and use the "Contact Us" page. We will need your name, address and a brief description of your theme or decorations
