National 4-H Week window display winners Send a link to a friend

[October 18, 2007]  Logan County 4-H clubs recently participated in a 4-H window display contest throughout the county as part of National 4-H Week activities. This year's theme was "4-H SET: Science, Engineering & Technology."

Clubs that participated were Atlanta Town & Country, with a window display at Teleologic Learning Center in Atlanta; 4 Corner Clovers, window at Action Rentals in Lincoln; Chester 4-H, at 519 Broadway St. in Lincoln; The Hollanders, window across from New Holland post office; Middletown 4-H'ers, at Middletown Junior High School; The Pioneers, at Mission Mart in Lincoln; and Wide-A-Wake 4-H, at Pink Shutter in Lincoln).

First place went to The Pioneers, second place to Atlanta Town & Country 4-H, third to The Hollanders, fourth to Middletown 4-Hers and fifth to Chester 4-H.

In addition, there was a poster contest, and Lexi Tibbs of The Hollanders was chosen as the winner. Her poster is displayed in New Holland.
