Agricultural futures mostly end lower       Send a link to a friend

[October 18, 2007]  CHICAGO (AP) --  Agricultural futures ended mostly lower Wednesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for December delivery fell 8 cents to $8.205 a bushel; December corn fell 2.5 cents to $3.58 a bushel; December oats rose 2.75 cents to $2.7875 a bushel; November soybeans fell 3.25 cents to $9.7425 a bushel.

Beef and pork futures declined on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

December live cattle dipped 0.13 cent to 97.27 cents a pound; November feeder cattle lost 0.45 cent to $1.1207 a pound; December lean hogs fell 0.72 cent to 57 cents a pound; February pork bellies shed 1.75 cents to 83.32 cents a pound.
