[October 24, 2007]  The Lincoln Christian College Angels dropped a heartbreaker to Eureka College in five games at the Laughlin Center on Tuesday evening. After dropping the first two games 24-30 and 28-30, the Angels rallied to win the next two games 30-28 and 30-26. In the fifth game the Angels took an 8-5 lead before losing 12-15.

The Angels are now 11-16 for the season and 7-10 in the SLIAC.

The Angels will be playing in the NCCAA Midwest Regional Tournament at 4 p.m. Friday and again on Saturday at either 10 a.m. or noon, depending on the results of the Friday afternoon game.

The NCCAA tournament is being held at the Laughlin Center. (See tournament information.)
