Agriculture Futures Climb          Send a link to a friend

[September 08, 2007]  CHICAGO (AP) -- Agriculture futures rose Friday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for December delivery climbed 19.5 cents to $8.435 a bushel; December corn added 8.25 cents to $3.475 a bushel; December oats rose 3.25 cents to $2.6375 a bushel; November soybeans picked up 12.75 cents to $9.0525 a bushel.

Beef futures fell and pork futures ended mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

October live cattle fell 0.7 cent to 96.1 cents a pound; September feeder cattle fell 0.83 cent to $1.1832 a pound; October lean hogs rose 0.3 cent to 66.3 cents a pound; February pork bellies fell 1.3 cents to 87 cents a pound.
