CLINTON
-- The
Williamsville Bee Bees won the sectional
championship in junior high softball Saturday in Clinton. The 6-2 victory
earned them a trip to the state tournament this coming weekend in
Bloomington. They are down to the last eight teams in the state.
As of
right now the Bee Bees are 29-1. They play Forrest Prairie Central, whose
record is 12-8. A win on Friday guarantees them no worse than a top
four finish. They need to win three games to win the entire tournament.
