Agriculture futures end mixed          Send a link to a friend

[September 20, 2007]  CHICAGO (AP) -- Corn and soybean prices rose while wheat prices fell Wednesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for December delivery fell 24 cents to close at $8.45 a bushel; December corn gained 6 cents to $3.5825 a bushel; December oats dipped 0.5 cent to $2.77 a bushel; November soybeans rose 1.5 cents to $9.71 a bushel.

Beef and pork futures fell on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

October live cattle fell 0.15 cent to 95.5 cents a pound; October feeder cattle fell 0.18 cent to $1.1627 a pound; October lean hogs dropped 0.67 cent to 63.2 cents a pound; February pork bellies declined 1.77 cents to 85.15 cents a pound.
