Roberson was transported to St. John's Hospital in Springfield with
non-life-threatening injuries.
He was charged with aggravated driving under the influence of
alcohol, driving while license revoked, improper lane usage, illegal
transportation of alcohol and no insurance.
Agencies assisting the Illinois State Police and Logan County
Sheriff's Department were the Lincoln Rural Fire Department and
Logan County Paramedic Association.
The public is reminded that all are presumed innocent until
charges are proven in a court of law.
