Agriculture futures end in mixed range       Send a link to a friend

[September 25, 2007]  CHICAGO (AP) -- Agriculture futures finished mixed Monday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for December delivery rose 3.75 cents to close at $8.7775 a bushel; December corn fell 3 cents to $3.735 a bushel; December oats rose 0.5 cent to $2.8375 a bushel; November soybeans lost 0.25 cent to $9.7875 a bushel.

Beef and pork futures rose on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

October live cattle rose 0.95 cent to 97.65 cents a pound; October feeder cattle added 0.05 cent to $1.1625 a pound; October lean hogs ended up 0.17 cent to 61.52 cents a pound; February pork bellies gained 0.8 cent to 87.5 cents a pound.
