[April 03, 2008]  RIDGEFIELD, Wash. (AP) -- When a police officer went to the home of a Ridgefield man who had complained about a neighbor's cat, the officer smelled marijuana.

A drug task force returned with a search warrant last weekend and found 84 plants in a raid on the man's home.

Police Chief Carrie Green said the man learned to be careful what he complains about.
