Agriculture Futures Trade Mixed on CBOT

[April 05, 2008]  CHICAGO (AP) -- Agriculture futures traded mixed Friday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for May delivery rose 37.25 cents to $9.7425 a bushel; May corn dropped 2 cents to $5.98 a bushel; May oats declined 11.5 cents to $3.855 a bushel; May soybeans advanced 20 cents to $12.77 a bushel.

Beef futures traded mixed and pork futures traded higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

April live cattle rose 0.20 cent to 87.90 cents a pound; April feeder cattle lost 0.10 cent to 98.60 cents a pound; April lean hogs added 0.90 cent to 58.52 cents a pound; May pork bellies gained 1.23 cents to 72.10 cents a pound.
