Amber Marie Otto and David Andrew Brainard, both of Lincoln, have announced their engagement. Amber is the daughter of Gus and Nancy Otto of Lincoln. David is the son of Chuck and Carol Brainard, also of Lincoln. A Sept. 27 wedding is planned at Jefferson Street Christian Church.
