The
National Weather Service in Lincoln has issued a wind advisory which
is in effect until 7 pm CDT this evening.
Strong gusty winds of 35 mph with gusts to near 50 mph will be
possible today. The winds are expected to begin to diminish toward
the evening hours.
A wind advisory means that sustained winds of 30 mph are
expected, with gusts to 45 mph. Winds this strong can make driving
difficult, especially for high-profile vehicles. Use extra caution. |
