Agriculture futures mostly rise on CBOT

[April 16, 2008]  CHICAGO (AP) -- Agriculture futures mostly traded higher Tuesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for May delivery fell 0.25 cent to $8.9575 a bushel; May corn gained 14.25 cents to $6.06 a bushel; May oats rose 7 cents to $3.93 a bushel; May soybeans added 7.5 cents to $13.80 a bushel.

Beef and pork futures traded higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

April live cattle added 0.32 cent to 89.47 cents a pound; April feeder cattle rose 0.60 cent to $1.0015 a pound; April lean hogs gained 2.03 cents to 71.65 cents a pound; May pork bellies advanced 2.58 cents to 79.95 cents a pound.
