LCC baseball and softball at Eureka

[April 24, 2008]  EUREKA -- The Angels of LCC were able to get two hits in the first game at Eureka as they dropped a doubleheader 9-0 and 16-0 Wednesday. In the second game, Abby Segal threw a no-hitter for the Red Devils.

The LCC hits were recorded by Caroline Helton and Lisa Bolton. The Angels are now 0-7.

The Preachers also played at Eureka and lost 12-2. Chris Headrick and Alex Bond each had two hits, and Richard Weese, Nolan Recker and Jay Hild had one hit each.

The Preachers are now 1-18.
