Agriculture futures close trading mixed on CBOT

[August 13, 2008]  CHICAGO (AP) -- Agriculture futures finished mixed Tuesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

CivicWheat for September delivery slipped 3.5 cents to end at $7.9025 a bushel; December corn rose 11.5 cents to close at $5.285 a bushel; December oats rose 1 cent to finish at $3.765 a bushel; and November soybeans rose 18 cents to end at $12.14 a bushel.

Beef futures finished higher while pork futures closed mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

August live cattle rose 0.47 cent to $1.10277 a pound; August cattle advanced 0.18 cent to $1.1515 a pound; August lean hogs lost 1.47 cent to 88.50 cents a pound; August pork bellies gained 4.50 cents to 72.75 cents a pound.
