Agriculture falls on CBOT; livestock mostly down

[August 16, 2008]  CHICAGO (AP) -- Agriculture futures traded lower Friday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

DonutsWheat for September delivery fell 40 cents to $8.2425 a bushel; December corn fell 27.75 cents to $5.495 a bushel; December oats slipped 8 cents to $3.93 a bushel; November soybeans declined 55 cents to $12.19 a bushel.

Beef futures traded lower and pork futures traded mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

August live cattle fell 1.68 cents to $1.0167 cents a pound; August cattle fell 0.27 cent to $1.139 a pound; August lean hogs dropped 0.52 cent to 75.55 cents a pound; August pork bellies added 4.25 cents to 86 cents a pound.
