Lincoln Police Department reports for Monday, Aug. 18

Cano, Miguel A., 31-year-old male; arrested Aug. 15 on North Monroe Street, 300 feet south of 21st; Class A misdemeanor -- driving under the influence, Class 4 felony -- obstructing justice

Goode, Samantha N., 18-year-old female, Lincoln; arrested Aug. 16 on Burlington Street; failure to appear -- Tazwell County warrant, disorderly conduct

Greer, Charles E., 51-year-old male, Lincoln; arrested Aug. 17 on Sixth Street; Class A -- criminal damage to property under $300

Kirk, Michael D., 52-year-old male, Lincoln; arrested Aug. 16 on 1150th Avenue; Class A misdemeanor -- theft under $300

Quisenberry, Justin J., 21-year-old male, Lincoln; arrested Aug. 18 on South Kickapoo Street; Class A misdemeanor -- driving under the influence

Crash on Aug. 15 at 5:32 p.m.; 1025 N. Monroe St., 300 feet south of 21st Street, Lincoln

--Miguel A. Cano, male, 31; 19995 GMC 1500

--Joseph L. Luedke, male, 49, of Lincoln; 2008 Nissan Titan

Luedke was properly parked on the west side of the street in front of 1025 N. Monroe. Cano stated he was southbound on North Monroe, talking on the phone, and struck Luedke's vehicle. Cano was taken to Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital.

Logan County Sheriff's Department reports for Monday, Aug. 18

Banister, Dustin W., 27-year-old male, Hartsburg; arrested Aug. 17 on West Logan Street in Hartsburg; Class A -- domestic battery

Bateman, Brandon W., 19-year-old male, Lincoln; arrested Aug. 17 at the Logan County Safety Complex; failure to appear -- Logan County warrant, Class 4 -- knowingly damaging property

Foley, Timothy D., 17-year-old male, Lincoln; arrested Aug. 17 on Rocky Ford bridge; illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor, bond -- $100 cash
