Elected county officials get sworn in before large crowd
On the wintry morning of Dec. 1, Logan County
Circuit Judge Thomas Harris administered oaths of office to four new county board members and a new state's attorney. A large crowd gathered
to observe the official proceedings in the third-floor courtroom
of the Logan County Courthouse.
