Agriculture futures trade mixed on the CBOT

[December 03, 2008]  CHICAGO (AP) -- Agriculture futures were mixed Tuesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

RestaurantWheat for December delivery was unchanged at $5.0975 a bushel; December corn lost 0.25 cent to $3.325 a bushel; December oats gained 4.5 cents to $2.065 a bushel; and January soybeans fell 19 cents to $8.27 a bushel.

Beef and pork futures were lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

December live cattle lost 1.1 cents to 84.35 cents a pound; January feeder cattle fell 0.62 cent to 89 cents a pound; December lean hogs were 0.35 cent lower at 58.37 cents a pound; and February pork bellies fell 0.1 cent to 92.12 cents a pound.
