CCAonline working on restoring service

Send a link to a friend

[December 29, 2008]  The high winds that swept through Logan County on Saturday felled the 140-foot transmitting tower that sends Internet signals to CCAonline broadband users.

All staff members are currently out in the field working on alternative measures to try to get as much temporary service as possible back for as many users as they can.

It is hoped that by Monday evening some service will be restored, and still further repairs will be finished Tuesday.

As damage is assessed and equipment is replaced, it is hoped that most CCA broadband users will have service back by Thursday.

Any clients who have a computer with a modem and a landline phone at their house can contact CCA in order to set up a temporary landline connection.
