Agriculture Futures Rise on CBOT

[February 16, 2008]  CHICAGO (AP) -- Agriculture futures traded higher Friday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for May delivery rose 1 cent to $10.42 a bushel; March corn added 3.75 cents to $5.1475 a bushel; March oats increased 3.5 cents to $3.58 a bushel; May soybeans climbed 5.75 cents to $13.7375 a bushel.

Beef and pork futures traded mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

February live cattle declined 0.12 cent to 91.40 cents a pound; March feeder cattle added 0.20 cent to $1.0462 a pound; April lean hogs fell 0.10 cent to 64.20 cents a pound; February pork bellies gained 1 cent to 93.50 cents a pound.
