There will be an open house
reception to welcome Joel Smiley, Logan County's new economic
development director, on Tuesday from 4 to 6 p.m. The event will be
at the Lincoln & Logan County Development Partnership office, 1555
Fifth St.Tuesday marks Smiley's first day on the job in the
position recently vacated by Rob Orr.
