Lincoln coach Ed Jodlowski said: "It was disappointing for some of
our competitors because they nearly advanced to the final, and for
some of our seniors, it wasn't the most gratifying way to end their
speech careers. However, despite the final results, we are proud of
their accomplishments this season and are proud of the Lincoln
speech team."
