Agriculture Futures Mostly Rise on CBOT

[February 29, 2008]  CHICAGO (AP) -- Agriculture futures mostly traded higher Thursday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for May delivery fell 85 cents to $11.65 a bushel; March corn rose 18.25 cents to $4.1425 a bushel; March oats added 2 cents to $4.145 a bushel; May soybeans gained 37.25 cents to $15.125 a bushel.

Beef and pork futures traded mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

February live cattle added 0.33 cent to 93.55 cents a pound; March feeder cattle declined 0.45 cent to $1.0465 a pound; April lean hogs increased 0.28 cent to 61.25 cents a pound; March pork bellies slipped 0.88 cent to 88.97 cents a pound.
