Agricultural Futures Higher on CBOT

[January 03, 2008]  CHICAGO (AP) -- Agricultural futures traded higher Wednesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for March delivery rose 30 cents to $9.15 a bushel; March corn climbed 7 cents to $4.625 a bushel; March oats gained 5.25 cents to $3.12 a bushel; March soybeans rose 34.5 cents to $12.4875 a bushel.

Beef futures were mixed and pork futures fell on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

February live cattle rose 0.08 cent to 96.25 cents a pound; January feeder cattle fell 0.68 cent to $1.0442 a pound; February lean hogs dropped 0.7 cent to 57.17 cents a pound; February pork bellies lost 0.17 cent to 85.8 cents a pound.
