Agricultural Futures Mixed on CBOT

[January 18, 2008]  CHICAGO (AP) -- Agricultural futures ended mixed Thursday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for March delivery rose 14 cents to $9.405 a bushel; March corn slipped 0.5 cent to $5.02 a bushel; March oats gained 0.5 cent to $3.22 a bushel; March soybeans fell 6 cents to $12.71 a bushel.

Beef futures fell and pork futures traded mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

February live cattle lost 0.80 cent to 89.25 cents a pound; January feeder cattle fell 0.42 cent to 96.55 a pound; February lean hogs rose 0.40 cent to 54.85 cents a pound; February pork bellies slipped 0.27 cents to 83.20 cents a pound.
