To the editor: I have read a number of letters regarding the states attorney's race. I have known Michael McIntosh for a number of years and agree with several of the letter writers who have indicated that he is a good family man and nice guy. I was also an Illinois State Police officer for more than 25 years and worked criminal investigations in a number of counties throughout Illinois. I believe that Logan County has one of the strongest prosecutors in the state. His record as a prosecutor speaks for itself.
