p.m., at Fifth Street and Lincoln Parkway
Unit 1: Dennis M. Robinson, 20-year-old male, Lincoln; driving a
1997 Mitsubishi Galant
Unit 2: Geraldean L. Johnson, 64-year-old female, Lincoln;
driving a 2007 Ford Fusion
Robinson's vehicle rear-ended Johnson's vehicle, which was
stopped at a traffic light
Robinson stated that he was unable to stop as he was approaching
Johnson's vehicle. Robinson said he had to put the vehicle in park
in order to stop. He was unable to provide proof of insurance.
Robinson was ticketed.
