Tracy Jackson, Lincoln streets
superintendent, said that the traffic lights downtown would go off
Tuesday morning for an unknown period of time. They are being
repaired. Four-way stops, as for stop signs, will be used. Also,
College Street between Fifth and Eighth will be closed for road
rehab Wednesday through Friday.
