Leslee Moore is ALMH's June Employee of the Month

[July 17, 2008]  Leslee Moore, environmental services technician, is Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital's June Employee of the Month.

Moore works primarily in the intensive care and medical-surgical units, where she cleans and disinfects each patient room, keeps the public areas tidy and shiny, and does whatever she can to make patients and guests feel more comfortable.

She joined the ALMH team in August 2006 after enjoying a long career at Lincoln Developmental Center.

Co-workers write, "Leslee is a joy to work with every day -- always giggling and smiling. She is always dependable, does a great job and takes pride in her work -- a true team player." Another co-worker adds, "When you are having a tough day, Leslee is always there to brighten everyone's day."

Leslee enjoys the people she meets at ALMH. "I enjoy talking with patients and the staff," she says. "Everyone here is so kind, and making patients feel better is a wonderful feeling."

ALMH employs more than 290 in a wide variety of job functions. A different employee is honored each month for their commitment to creating great patient experiences, getting great results and making ALMH a great place to work.
