Vehicle damage on Tuesday, July 22, at 9:40 p.m.; Lincoln Parkway, Lincoln

John C. Cochran, male, 43, of Valparaiso, Ind.; driving a 2003 Ford Focus

Cochran stated he was southbound on Lincoln Parkway in the inside lane when a deer ran out into the road and he could not avoid hitting it.
