City crews to pick up storm debris Monday through Wednesday

Landfill open extra hours

[June 02, 2008]  Due to the storms Friday evening, the city of Lincoln's landfill will be open from 8 a.m. to 3:50 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday this week for residents to take landscape waste there.

City street department crews will be picking up large piles starting today (Monday). All residents are to place their landscape waste at the curb by Wednesday at 7 a.m. Crews will be dividing up and covering the whole city then.
