[June 09, 2008]
Widespread rain will be the rule
Monday and Monday night. Heavy rainfall will be likely in spots,
with amounts up to an inch possible. This may cause additional
flooding where the ground is already saturated from previous
rainfall. Some severe storms will be possible Monday afternoon and
evening, with the main severe weather threats being strong winds.
The rain is expected to taper off late tonight. Another cold front
will move into the Midwest and bring more rain and storms Thursday
and Friday.
