Wheat, corn futures advance on CBOT; soybeans down

[June 11, 2008]  CHICAGO (AP) -- Agriculture futures traded mixed Tuesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for July delivery rose 20.5 cents to $8.09 a bushel; July corn gained 16 cents to $6.7325 a bushel; July oats fell 1 cent to $3.93 a bushel; July soybeans lost 5.5 cents to $14.465 a bushel.

Beef futures traded higher and pork futures traded mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

June live cattle rose 0.33 cent to 93.5 cents a pound; May cattle added 0.3 cent to $1.1097 a pound; June lean hogs fell 0.25 cent to 73.72 cents a pound; May pork bellies gained 1.25 cents to 73.45 cents a pound.
