Agriculture Futures Mostly Fall on CBOT

[March 14, 2008]  CHICAGO (AP) -- Agriculture futures traded mixed Thursday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for May delivery shed 38.5 cents to $12.44 a bushel; May corn added 2.25 cents to $5.695 a bushel; May oats fell 0.75 cent to $4.01 a bushel; May soybeans gained 7.75 cents to $14.0275 a bushel.

Beef and pork futures traded lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

April live cattle fell 0.77 cent to 89.55 cents a pound; March feeder cattle slipped 0.32 cent to 99.45 cents a pound; April lean hogs dropped 0.55 cent to 57.20 cents a pound; March pork bellies declined 0.45 cent to 79.75 cents a pound.
