ISU Offers NCAA Bus Package, Tickets

[March 18, 2008]  NORMAL -- The Illinois State Athletics Department has session tickets available and is offering a fan-bus package for Sunday's NCAA Women's Basketball Tournament game between the Redbirds and Oklahoma at Mackey Arena in West Lafayette, Ind. Tipoff for the game is 11 a.m. CDT.

Tickets for Sunday's first session in the Oklahoma City Regional are $18 per person and can be ordered through the Redbird Arena Ticket Office by calling 309-438-8000.

The bus package, which includes first-session tickets, is $45 per person. Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and a full bus is required to ensure the trip. The bus will depart Sunday at 7:15 a.m. from the East Stadium Lot near the Kaufman Football Building, on the west side of Main Street.

Fans will be dropped off at Mackey Arena prior to the Illinois State game and will have an opportunity to eat and pick up their tickets prior to the start of the game. The bus will return to the ISU campus following the completion of the Notre Dame-SMU game, which follows the Illinois State-Oklahoma contest, arriving at approximately 6:30 p.m.

The deadline to order tickets or to reserve a seat on the bus is 9 a.m. Wednesday. Patrons who order tickets for Sunday's game will automatically be charged for Tuesday's session tickets if the Redbirds defeat Oklahoma.
