Agriculture Futures Mostly Rise on CBOT

[March 27, 2008]  CHICAGO (AP) -- Agriculture futures traded mostly higher on the Chicago Board of Trade.

May corn added 7.5 cents to $5.5225 a bushel; May oats gained 10.25 cents to $3.4425 a bushel; Wheat for May delivery dropped 34.5 cents to $10.33 a bushel; May soybeans jumped 45 cents to $13.52 a bushel.

Beef and pork futures traded lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

April live cattle fell 1 cent to 90.15 cents a pound; March feeder cattle lost 0.95 cent to $1.0215 a pound; April lean hogs slipped 0.48 cent to 57.42 cents a pound; March pork bellies declined 1.50 cents to 74.50 cents a pound.
