Agriculture Futures Trade Mixed on CBOT

[March 29, 2008]  CHICAGO (AP) -- Agriculture futures traded mixed Friday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for May delivery dropped 24 cents to $9.90 a bushel; May corn rose 5.5 cents to $5.61 a bushel; May oats added 15.5 cents to $3.6025 a bushel; May soybeans dropped 57.25 cents to $12.70 a bushel.

Beef futures traded lower and pork futures traded mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

April live cattle slipped 0.97 cent to 87.65 cents a pound; April feeder cattle lost 0.35 cent to $1.0042 a pound; April lean hogs rose 0.13 cent to 58.10 cents a pound; May pork bellies fell 1 cent to 70.50 cents a pound.
