Agriculture futures end mostly higher on CBOT; livestock up

[May 07, 2008]  CHICAGO (AP) -- Agriculture futures traded mostly higher Tuesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for July delivery added 12.5 cents to $8.18 a bushel; July corn rose 12.25 cents to $6.0625 a bushel; July oats gained 9.5 cents to $4.195 a bushel; July soybeans fell 9 cents to $12.77 a bushel.

Beef and pork futures traded higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

June live cattle rose 0.62 cent to 91.82 cents a pound; May feeder cattle gained 0.30 cent to $1.0555 a pound; May lean hogs added 1.85 cent to 76.82 cents a pound; May pork bellies rose 1.95 cents to 75.8 cents a pound.
