Accident Nov. 7 at 9:47 a.m.; Keokuk Street, 50 feet west of
North Kickapoo Street
--Brian R. Beck, male, 22, of Latham; 1996 Chevrolet Cavalier
Beck was westbound on Keokuk approximately 50 feet west of North
Kickapoo. Beck went off the roadway, onto the sidewalk and struck a
street sign with the front of the vehicle. Beck was later arrested
for driving under the influence.
