Lincoln Land Communications extends food and coat drive

[November 13, 2008]  Lincoln Land Communications, at 1326 N. Kickapoo St. in Lincoln, is extending their coat and food drive for an extra week.

This extension will help them collect more foodstuffs for the annual drive that will be held Nov. 21 and 22 at Lincoln IGA.

Coat donations have been going well, and Lincoln Land asks all their great customers to become involved in helping, not only to donate adequate clothing to those in need, but also to stock the shelves at the Lincoln/Logan Food Pantry.

The business hours are 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m.-1 p.m. on Saturday.
