Property damage on Nov. 14 at 5:53 p.m.; 314 Fifth St., CEFCU

--Christopher W. Boyer, 28-year-old male, Atlanta; 2005 Ford F150

Boyer was at the CEFCU drive-through, with a box trailer attached to his truck. When he pulled away from the teller tube return island, the trailer rode up on the concrete island. This caused the trailer to rise and make contact with the awning above the drive-through lane, damaging the awning. The witness working inside said the windows were down on Boyer’s vehicle. The witness also said that Boyer left the parking lot heading east. Photographs were taken of the damage caused by the trailer. Boyer was issued a citation for failing to give information at the scene of an accident causing property damage.
