4-H window display contest results

[October 09, 2008]  Logan County 4-H clubs recently participated in a window display contest throughout the county as part of National 4-H Week activities Oct. 5-11. This year's theme was "Keeping it Green."

Clubs participating were Atlanta Town & Country, with a window display at Teleologic Learning Center in Atlanta; Atlanta Ag, with a display at the Atlanta County Market; 4 Corner Clovers, with a window at Action Rentals and Sales in Lincoln; Chester 4-H, with a display at Mission Mart in Lincoln; The Hollanders, using a window across from the New Holland post office; Middletown 4-H'ers, with a display at New Holland-Middletown Elementary School; Topper 4-H, with a display at Downing, Przykopanski, Clements & May Agency in Mount Pulaski; and Wide-A-Wake 4-H, with a window at Pink Shutter in Lincoln.

DonutsFirst place went to 4 Corner Clovers for their display at Action Rentals and Sales; second place was awarded Middletown 4-Hers for the display at New Holland-Middletown School; third place went to the Topper 4-H window display at Downing, Przykopanski, Clements & May in Mount Pulaski; fourth place went to the Atlanta Town & Country 4-H display at Telelogic Learning Center in Atlanta; and fifth place went to Chester 4-H club for their window at Mission Mart in Lincoln.
