Lincoln Police Department reports for Friday, Oct. 10

Accident on Oct. 8 at 7:15 p.m.; 414 Seventh St.

--Female, 16, of Lincoln; 1996 Chevrolet Blazer

--Male, 12, of Lincoln

--Male, 13, of Lincoln

The 16-year-old female pulled into a driveway on Seventh Street to drop off a passenger. The driver began to pull out of the drive and struck two young male pedestrians as they were walking eastbound on the sidewalk. The driver and her passenger did not feel a bump as if they’d struck anyone. A witness said she thought they had struck the 12-year-old male pedestrian. The driver and her passenger said the pedestrians were holding their legs as if they were hurt, but stated they were OK. The pedestrians both walked away from the accident. The 12-year-old was taken to the emergency room by his grandmother. The 13-year-old was not taken to the hospital and was released to the care of his mother.

  • Magouick, Mark J., 40-year-old male, Atlanta; arrested Oct. 10 at 1538 2100th Street; Class A -- driving while license suspended, driving under the influence
