\ "Watt" is happening at the substation?

After the Aug. 11 power outage affecting 3,253 households in Logan County, Ameren crews inspected all their facilities. Although Ameren workers would not speculate on the cause of the outage, they have been working at the substation at the corner of Nicholson Road and Lincoln Parkway for more than a month, replacing the main step-down transformer.
