Ag futures mostly rise on Chicago Board of Trade

[October 21, 2008]  CHICAGO (AP) -- Agriculture futures mostly rose Friday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for December delivery fell 2.75 cents to $5.6350 a bushel; December corn gained 15.5 cents to $4.1850 a bushel; December oats rose 6 cents to $2.880 a bushel; November soybeans rose 35 cents to $9.290 a bushel.

Beef futures and pork futures were mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

October live cattle fell 0.23 cent to 90.82 cents a pound; October feeder cattle gained 0.25 cent to 98.65 cents a pound; December lean hogs fell 0.05 cent to 56.25 cents a pound; February pork bellies rose 1.48 cents to 89.05 cents a pound.
