Hit-and-run on Oct. 18 at 4:30 p.m.; South Logan Street, 100 feet
north of Pulaski Street
--Unknown driver left the scene
--Douglas A. Miller, male, 42, of Emden; 2002 Oldsmobile Alero
Miller stated that he parked his vehicle in the parking lot on
Saturday around 4:30 p.m. He returned to his vehicle on Sunday at
approximately noon and found damage to his vehicle on the front
passenger side. Miller stated that no information was left on his
vehicle about the accident. The vehicle had been moved prior to
police arrival.
