Ag futures fall on Chicago Board of Trade

[October 25, 2008]  CHICAGO (AP) -- Agriculture futures fell Friday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

CivicWheat for December delivery fell 6.75 cents to $5.1625 a bushel; December corn lost 17.5 cents to $3.7275 a bushel; December oats fell 5 cents to $2.50 a bushel; November soybeans dropped 2.075 cents to $8.6375 a bushel.

Beef futures and pork futures mostly dropped on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

October live cattle fell 1.9 cents to 87.85 cents a pound; October feeder cattle dropped 1.62 cents to 96.15 cents a pound; December lean hogs rose 0.58 cent to 58.50 cents a pound; February pork bellies settled down 2.15 cents to 84.32 cents a pound.
