Lincoln Police Department reports for Tuesday, Sept. 2
 Crash on Aug. 30 at 5:33 a.m.; at the intersection of Memorial Park
Road and Fifth Street, Lincoln
--Adam T. Helton, male, 20, of Lincoln; 1990 Toyota pickup
Helton was northbound on Memorial Park Road and failed to reduce
speed, striking the ditch across Fifth Street. Helton fled the scene
on foot but was later apprehended and subsequently arrested for DUI.

Hit-and-run on Aug. 31 at 2:30 p.m.; at 607 Woodlawn Road, in the
Walgreens parking lot

--Brandon C. Gleason, male, 20, of Lincoln; 2007 Jeep Commander
Gleason stated he parked his vehicle in the parking lot at
Walgreens around 2:30 p.m. When he returned shortly after, he
noticed moderate damage to the rear bumper.
